Customer should be aware of any setbacks and right of ways on property. Customer will incur charges if Built 4 U Sheds LLC has to come back and move your building.
Built 4 U Sheds LLC is not responsible for permits, code restrictions, damage to yards, driveways, or underground utilities. It is up to the customer to ensure that ground conditions are suitable.
5-Year Craftmanship Warranty
At Built 4 U Sheds LLC, we take pride in our craftmanship. As proof of our confidence, we offer a 5-year craftmanship guarantee.
If additional labor is required due to fault in our craftmanship, the problem will be repaired at no additional cost to you. This guarantee is not valid unless payment has been made in full and does not include materials, equipment, manufacturer’s items, or damage beyond our control such as windstorms, hail, ice, fire, or other acts of God.
